A missed metastatic lesion can be devastating for a patient with longstanding lymphoma, and is challenging to identify in patients with multiple musculoskeletal complaints and a lack of contributory humoral evidence. This case identifies key elements in imaging to optimize the identification of metastatic bone disease, and highlights the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
